Great First Appointment Experience!

I just had my first appointment at 11w3d and it was wonderful!  We heard little fig's heartbeat at around 140 bpm and went through all my questions with our midwife.  Our appointment lasted 2 hours and I just felt like all of my anxieties up to this point are so much easier to deal with now.  I've read a couple of threads about disappointing first appointments and they made me anxious that my experience was going to make me feel even worse, so I just wanted to put a good one out there.  My anxiety level has been really really high and I'm just so relieved to be feeling better!

That is awesome to hear! I also had a great first OB appointment at 9 weeks. I was like you and was almost afraid of what my first appointment would be like because of hear what some others said on here. I really like my doctor and I am absolutely sure I will have a great pregnancy experience with them.
