Compression Stockings for Varicose Veins

It looks like I am getting another case of varicose veins in my legs from pregnancy.  With DD, it didn't start until later on into my late 2nd/early 3rd tri, but I'm starting to see them pop up at 11 weeks.  I had cheap Dr Scholl's compression socks, and they did okay, but I would like something a little better this time around. Any recommendations?

I had prescription compression maternity ones. The only thing that I hated was they would always slide down! I hiked them up and now the crotch is al torn lol! They cost around $80.....
