hi ladies,
With my first pregnancy; I peed all the time almost as soon as I got a positive pregnancy test. I remember I was waking up several times at night to pee. With this one- I haven't been doing that at all. Should I be worried or is it still early??

  • I don't think it started for me until a little later I was worried too but it sure did kick in eventually!

  • Symptoms, or lack thereof, are not indicative of the health of your pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different.

  • I read everywhere that I should have the increased need to urinate at like 5 weeks and that didn't happen. It literally started last week (7 weeks). Like PP said, we can not tell you not to worry but I wouldn't freak about this one.
  • Hi, I'm exactly the same weeks and like you I'm definitely not urinating any more than normal! In fact a lot of the symptoms I've read about are yet to kick in... Long may it continue :)! First baby and so excited but so nervous aswell.
  • I haven't particularly needed to pee more than I normally do, and I'm 12 weeks now. As previous posters have said, each pregnancy is different so this is no cause for concern :)
  • I'm 8.5 weeks and haven't needed to pee more. My first pregnancy it didn't start until 3rd tri.

  • With my first pregnancy I didn't start to get up at night until about halfway through my pregnancy. I'm 11w4d and sometimes I get up at night and sometime I don't. I didn't even know I was pregnant until over 6 weeks and I didn't notice peeing more until about 8 weeks.
  • I already could pee on demand (like a little kid I have to go before we leave the house and right when we get home)... so I am not sure how much is more but right now I go every 90min-2.5 hours
