Seriously help

So my breasts started leaking around 16- 17 weeks. I thought it was quite a bit as well. But now, at 24 weeks it's becoming unbearable. I am changing my nursing pads every 30 minutes at work because they are soaked. I leak all day, all night non stop. It's not even clear anymore most of the time. It's just milk really! I don't know what to do! I try to drain them the best I can in a warm shower or bath in the morning but it only helps for maybe an hour. I am so frustrated & it is getting embarrassing taking constant bathroom breaks because I'm leaking through my shirts. I don't know what to do. I'm debating just starting to pump now & hoping that works. I just don't want to stimulate anything to induce labor. I'm sure it's just hormones but I feel like crying every time I glance down & see that I have leaked through my nursing pads, bra, tank top, & shirt. I just feel defeated. Any advice?

Yikes that sounds terrible! I don't have advice but maybe ask your doc if you can start pumping? You can freeze the milk and save it for LO.

Wow ! I leaked clear fluid with my first pregnancy around 15-16 weeks right through, but my actual milk never came in till 2 days after I had him, and it came in with FURY !

If you are expressing yourself for relief it is actually counter productive. When it comes to breast milk the more you empty your breasts the more they produce. I would ask your Dr. Se if they have a suggestion. .. Sorry you are dealing with this so early with no use for the milk!

If check with doc of you can start now and that way you'll brave a supply built up for when baby is here. I'd feel sick if I saw all that milk wasted (I had a super hard time with supply with my first) and would love to pump now if it was possible. I rather envy you if you can pump and save.

If your expressing your milk for relief, your making it worse. Try not to touch or stimulate them, wrap them tight and talk to your doctor.
