Based on the first day of my last period I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I tested with two different brands of home pregnancy tests on two separate days and both came back positive. To be honest though, it's not a surprise. I could tell something was different with my post ovulation discharge so when I realized my period was late it was no shock.
According to TheBump's calculator I'm due March 5th. I know I'm posting in the wrong month but the March 2016 discussion is practically empty. I've been reading in February 2016 cause this is my first pregnancy and it wasn't exactly planned so I have no idea what to expect. DH and I haven't told anyone yet but I'm considering telling my parents for Fathers Day simply because we need someone to talk to. We have no idea what we're doing.
It doesn't feel like I found out abnormally early, but no one is posting in March. When do most people find out they're pregnant? I want to know when to expect more discussion in the March boards. Thanks!!
Re: When Did You Realize You Were Pregnant?
I think you either have your due date or your gestational age wrong.
Congrats though!

Something about your dates doesn't make sense to me though. I'm 7 weeks 1 day and due February 5th. You should be due mid February not March. When did you start your period last?

The first day of my last period was May 16th. I swear the calculator said March 5th was my due date. (I remember cause that's a year and a day after my friend had her twins.)
I checked the calculator and now they all say 2/20. Maybe I put my ovulation date originally? I think I'm losing it! 8-}
There is lots of info on this board! You can use the search bar at the bottom to look for symptoms and all sorts of stuff! Congrats
Congrats! I found out super early... Like 3w2d bc I had been cramping for 4 days and no period... My periods have been a little off so I tested, really for just shits and giggles, and it was positive. 10 test later, still positive.
So I got a faint positive that Monday. Tested next day with digital and it confirmed I was pregnant. So I showed up to my OBs office and told her reasons for my visit had changed a bit. Both H and I were very surprised. If it wasn't for the symptoms it still wouldn't feel real.

DH & DS were at my sister's house for a BBQ with the rest of my family while I was home sick on the couch over Memorial Day weekend. My boobs were a little sore and it occurred to me that I was a week late.

I thought that it was too early in pregnancy to feel any symptoms so I'm glad to hear others are feeling symptoms too!
Your due date is also at the beginning of the month, so more people will join as they find out.
Good luck
