Upset about DH's lab experience

DH has to get blood drawn to check for CF markers as I have tested positive. No problem. My dr's office faxed the order for bloodwork to the lab closest to our house and DH stopped by there early this afternoon before heading home from work. 

Well, apparently my dr's office faxed a BLANK order with only "Spouse of *my name*" on the order. The ladies at the lab called the office about it and asked for a more detailed order. So my dr's office faxed a new order with only the letters CF. But a doctor didn't sign off on it. So they had to call again...DH waited 20 minutes while the lady tried to get through to someone about the problem. Needless to say, DH didn't get his blood drawn today.

My plan going forward is to go out of my way and pick up any orders directly from the office rather than relying on them faxing the order over. How frustrating!!
