And got a bunch of EWCM with creamy cm this morning. I am definitely not ovulating. Anyone know what this about? Rise in estrogen or progesterone? Just curious. Had a tiny rise in temp again today :-bd
Sometimes you get a little EWCM after ovulation because there are residual amounts of estrogen left over or something like that. It's pretty normal. If your temp is rising, then that's good news! Good luck!!!

@jilligan14 thanks for responding. My temp is very slowly climbing. It's concerning to me.
It looks like it's going in the right direction, though. It seems like a nice, steady climb. I used a bunch of the cheap tests last cycle so am going to try to hold out until 14 or 15 dpo if I can. Not sure I'll have the will power, though... It's always so tempting to test early!!

I'm worried that my temps are too low in general. I really think I'm having thyroid issues. This is not normal for me at all @jilligan14. I'm seriously mental right now. Thank you for responding. It's helping me not feel so alone. Your chart looks good. Hopefully tomorrow they will go up again
Have you been charting for awhile? Your last 3 temps seem in the "normal" range for the luteal phase. The CD14 temp is borderline. I still think you O'd on CD14, but that's just my intuition when looking at your chart (based on your OPKs and EWCM). I'm thinking that maybe temps can vary a lot from cycle to cycle? But if you've been charting for awhile and have had very consistent temps, then maybe it's worth checking in with a doctor about it? It's still early though. You could give it a few more days and see if the temps keep rising. I've been waking up earlier than usual, so that could be influencing my temps. We were also at a beach house with friends and they really blasted the air conditioning (I woke up very cold), so maybe that made my temps a lower? I'm driving myself crazy with over-analyzing as well but know that only time will tell.

You know, my previous temps, like before my last pg and mc (first in jan.& then Feb got pg...I mc'd in april, didn't temp in May), I was temping later in the morning...I didn't even think about that, @jilligan14! I tried to post a chart with FF overlays to show the drastic temp difference, but I don't know if it worked? I have an appt with my PCP on monday. I'm gonna show her my bbt charts and see what she thinks. I've been convinced I have hypothyroidism for years.
