Baby Startle ?

i have a 12 week old baby girl. I know babies get startled easily wether it's in their sleep or awake. My daughter startled when I put her on my bed for a diaper change, it was the scariest thing ever what made it scary was that she stopped breathing

That's a serious startle! My baby startles easy too. He will just be sitting in his bouncy seat and all the sudden his sister will speak after it's been quiet for a second or so and he freaks out. Sometimes he starts screaming like he's absolutely terrified . Granted she has a loud voice but I don't remember my first baby startling nearly so easy. Hmm... He does love his sister though. Smiles and giggles with her all the time

I was cut off before I was done :P apart from her not breathing she turned bright red and finally starts breathing when I pick her up and cries a high pitched cry like she's in pain all the peds we've seen say it's normal we even recorded her doing it
