Hi Moms & Happy Friday  So I got a suggestion from someone on a site in regards to getting a fetal heart monitor. It was $25 on Amazon and I got it in the mail today. My hubby hooked it all up and placed it all over my belly and it was so exciting to hear our little munchkins heart beat! (Although they say you may not hear anything, we got lucky). I went through IVF so I had a ultrasound at 6 & 8 weeks but not sure when the next one will be with my regular OB, I'm almost at 11 weeks. This is really perfect to have peace of mind to know that everything's going ok...at least for now I love that we will be able to hear it whenever we want...thought I'd share in case any of you thought about getting one...its totally worth it.

I bought a sonoline b Doppler and I'm in love with my babies heartbeat :x it's soo reassuring to know my child is ok.

That is awesome. I think that is the only thing I am so envious of...being able to hear your baby's heartbeat. I am deaf and I have never heard any of my childrens' heartbeat when I was pregnant.

Just picked it up from the post office and holy cow there was the heartbeat right away!!! I am so over the moon happy it's so nice to have that relief after worrying about spotting etc. I'm 9w1d and it was clear as day! Also nice to feel that those stretchy cramps are nowhere near my LO, just around the sides.

I heard my little peanut's heartbeat at 10 weeks. It was the very first time I had ever heard it, not even at the doctor's so I'm very happy I invested in a doppler. (:

What brand did you get? I would really like to purchase and at home Doppler set, however I want to make sure that it's going to work. A lot of places sell things that they swear by...then you bring it home and it's been a waste of time. I'm 11w + 2d and I would really love to be able to listen to my baby when I start worrying or at bedtime. It helps relieve my stress.

There are TONS of reviews and YouTube videos on this brand if you're interested too. I watched the ones from 8 weeks on since I'm only 9 weeks.

roziek thank you so much for posting this. Would not have even thought to look for one. I got mine yesterday, found the heartbeat within a few minutes and felt worry leave my body! I could listen for hours. It was awesome to have my husband listen as well, as he missed the first appointment so hasn't heard or seen anything, except a picture!

Hey they have a couple that show the heart beat in pulses and some just show the heart rate so if you want to I'm sure you could use one of those... Best of luck!

Yeah it doesn't show the heartbeat, but I was told the others are really inaccurate so I didn't care too much I just like listening.

I just ordered the sonoline c from fetaldoppler.net and hoping it's what I'm expecting it to be. It has the waveform and digital numbers. I emailed them for reviews and they said this one has a better chip for clearer sounds, But the sonoline b is more popular because it's cheaper.
