I was just wondering if anyone else has their parent(s) or your SO's living with them currently? My mother has lived with us since January. It was supposed to be short term until my sister bought a house, but the process has been difficult for her. We love having her here and I am so glad my boys get to spend this much time with their grandma as all of mine passed away when I was an infant. We have a four bedroom house, three boys- two that share a room for now and she currently has our master. Since telling her our news, she feels like she needs to move out ASAP and I feel awful! I know I could probably put the boys together, but I'm at a loss of how to keep her comfortable here and feeling welcome (despite telling her over and over again). Is anyone in the same situation, and how are you/they handling everything? Clearly we have time but it is a thought that needs to be entertained! TIA
