Pain in urethra

Let me start by saying I have already been to the doctor for this issue and they couldn't find anything wrong. I'm wondering if what I'm feeling is being experienced by anyone else? I have been having pain in my urethra area that comes and goes. It's a sharp shooting pain that feels like it's either my urethra or clitoris. It gets worse when I'm walking, each time a foot hits the ground it's like a little shock of pain. Does this sound like "lightening crotch"? Anyone else ever experience anything like this?

I have been feeling something like this as well. Last night I was sitting in bed and kept twitching every time I felt it. I didn't know if maybe baby was just moving down there and causing it or what the heck it is. I get it a lot while I'm standing or walking also
