Fasting blood sugar/ 2 hour postprandial

Hey mommas, when I did my one hour glucose test I got a 135 which is my doctors cut off number so I had to go and do the 3 hour test. Well 20 minutes after I drank the glucose drink I ended up not being able to keep it down so I got sent home and told I would have to redo it. I had an appointment with my doctor this morning and she told me I could try fasting over night and then getting the 2 hour postprandial test done. Has anyone had any experiences with this? What is it that you eat and how did your results go? Thanks
