Help! I got a hemorrhoid today and it's pretty painful. .any suggestions?

Gloves and vaseline. Drink plenty water. Don't sit on hard surfaces without a pillow under you. Worked for me!

Don't use perfume soaps, try tucks wipes and laying/sitting to one side. Don't strain to go and try not to wipe it. Just gently dab. I got one towards the end of my pregnancy and found a SHALLOW warm sitz bath (literally means sit bath) helped A LOT.

Eek! I had one of these not too long ago from straining ~X( I used Vaseline and it was gone within two days! Good luck!

1. Load up on fiber

2. Don't strain when you poop

3. Don't sit on the toilet for more than 5 minutes

4. Drink tons of water

5. Use Tucks pads and sitz baths

@shannons913 Try using Earth Mama Angel Baby products!!! You can get it at target and there's an ointment called Mama Bottom Balm! It's seriously amazing I started using it and within a few days my irritation went away. It's all organic too! I even got the New Mama bottom spray version, that I spray on right after the ointment. They both smell good too, oh and I also only do it after a good shower
