Keeping hands to themselves...

we have a 6yr old boy. 2 yr old girl. 2 week old boy. I am really struggling with getting the kids to keep their hands to themselves!! Just now I caught DD pushing on The baby's soft spot!! Freaked me out. Now I'm paranoid that she hurt him. He didn't cry and he's acting normal but geesh. I don't think she was pushing hard but still. Our 6 yr old keeps trying to pick him up. Or lies to me about whether or not he washed his hands. It's driving me nuts!!

Any suggestions??
