Leaking nipples

has anyone else started to notice their nipples leaking? I thought my partner had spilt something on my and then realised my breast had leaked. Didnt think this would happen so soon as it first happened at 18 weeks i am now 21.

    I was shocked. Now paranoid it happens again and it soaked through my top!

    Lurking from N15...

    Mine have leaked from time to time since about 17w, I think.  Usually while I sleep, and not very much.  Yesterday I noticed some on my shirt after waking up from a nap (I had taken off my bra).
