Stretch marks

I've heard and seen horror stories about pregnancy stretch marks, but have yet to have any appear on my stomach. I do have a couple small ones on my thighs, but my biggest concern is my belly. Have any of you started getting them yet? If you've had kids and had stretch marks, when did they appear? I'm 22 weeks today, so I'm sure it's still early on, but I'm just trying to get an idea of when to expect them so I can mentally prepare myself haha

Some people start getting them as soon as your belly starts growing, some women won't get them until the week before the baby comes, some fall somewhere in the middle and the lucky ones don't get any at all! I don't think there is any hard fast answer as to when. Your best bet would be to talk to your mom. They are hereditary so if she did t get them, there's a chance (nothing is for sure) that you won't either.

24 weeks, 3 days and none yet.  Hope it stays that way or at least very few!

I started getting stretch marks on my hips around 25 weeks, I didn't get any on my belly till around 32-33 weeks ! This was my belly at 37 weeks ish.

I have some stretch marks on my hips and some only on my left side of my belly button I hope they go away:(

I got them around 32 weeks with my first. And with my second a few stretched a little more but that was about it. I know a lot of women who noticed them the most after giving birth. Luckily they do lighten up in the months after your baby until they are silvery and blend in well. Mine started to blend in the most the summer after I had my first (about 8-9 months after birth) and the sun helped them

With my first I got stretch marks on my hips and thighs early on but not on my belly until 35 weeks. I'm 25 weeks tomorrow and I noticed a couple days ago two red baby ones on my belly! So I'm anticipating I'm going to get more to add to my collection

I haven't had any yet at 23 weeks, but I'm somewhat expecting them because i got them on my boobs when I was younger. They now have faded and barely noticeable, but I am pretty sure my belly is going to be 5x bigger than these boobies (although they are pretty massive right now). I lotion up every day but I know it's mostly genetic.

I started getting small stretch marks near my pubic bone around 12 weeks! And I'm 23 weeks now and have them all up my belly and hips. But hey, there's nothing I can do about the skin I got and I'm growing a baby which is so beautiful! But.... I'll probably be one of the horror stories hahha

I haven't gotten any on my stomach but I've seen one that's about 1/4 of an inch on my right hip and then one that's maybe an inch long on my inner left thigh. My mom had 3 kids and she doesn't have any stretch marks. I'm hoping I follow after her. I think people usually get stretch marks when they gain weight too quickly. I've tried to be mindful of what I eat and walk as much as I can. Also, I drink lots of water because it helps with your skin's elasticity, from what I've read.

I got them on the lower part of my belly around 13 weeks! Lol they haven't really got any worse but they are very noticeable. I can only imagine how bad it'll be. Lol

My body is a road map too (: ! They fade really good, but they will always be part of you. I've come to love mine (: ! They feel pretty cool !
