Sharp pains

I went to lay back down after one of my many morning trips to pee. And then got on one of my many pillows also and got an excruciating sharp pain down my right side. Bottom to top of bump/belly. Did I pull a muscle? Or is it something else? Should I be concerned or am I just a nervous nelly?

Maybe ligament pain? I get it if I get up too fast, cough, or sneeze.

We can't tell you if you pulled a musle. I agree with PP that it sounds like RLP. Keep an eye on it!

Definitely round ligament pain. I went to the hospital for it twice. Get a belly belt. Take it easy. That shit hurts.
