New to Ct. would love to meet with other new moms

Hello all, I am 9 weeks pregnant with my first. My husband and I just moved to Ridgefield. I was reading an older post from last year were a mtb (moms to be)set up a meet and greet. Mtbs meet for lunch exchange ideas and so on. I was wondering if anyone else thinks this is a good idea? Still learning the area but, willing to travel.
