so I just went to the doctor and she told me that my water level is a tad high. So I'm trying to come off the sugar and carbs. i love eating these "corn thins" which is made out of corn and sesame seeds. Could this be not good for me? It's not a carb right?
Corn is a Starchy vegetable/grain (depends on who you talk to). So yes, it would be something that I would limit if you are watching your sugar intake.
