My vagina has a pulse!

I am a FTM at 23wks and for the last few weeks Ive occasionally felt like this "pulsing" down there! Has one else felt this?! Its not painful at all but it just feels really weird! It comes and goes throughout the day & Ive only noticed it when Im sitting in the car or at work(desk job). Should I be worried? Like I said, its not painful buuuut it does get annoying cuz it provokes me to go pee even more often than what I have already been going!

    hmm.. I haven't felt that personally but I'd assume its probably all the extra blood flow going there that's making it pulse. I've read that some women get varicose veins down there too. Maybe just drink lots of water and it'll easy things up. I'm a firm believer that water cures/eases so much!

    Thank you for you response! Its a really weird feeling & I first I figured it had to do with the baby movements since it started around the same time I began to feel him move lol but I doubt thats event possible so than I quickly thought it might be preterm labor :/ which I really hope its not! Im a ftm so I really have no idea what It should or should not be feeling. But I will definitely keep drinking lots of water.

    Yes I get this feeling too all the time lately. It's definitely from the increased blood flow down there.

    Do you have vaginal vericose veins? I do and when they get inflamed, I get the pulsating feeling.

    To get suuuuper personal with y'all, post-orgasm I can feel my pulse in that area as well. So, I'm sure it's an effect of the increased blood flow, haha.  X_X

    Fwiw I get them after sex/orgasm too but now that I've been on pelvic rest since 7 weeks there's definitely been none of that going on. Maybe that's why I just have the pulsating. My body is DYING for an orgasm! Lol.

    I had/have that too. Asked my doctor and he said it's definitely all the extra blood flow.
