Feeling pretty good! Currently in labor and delivery for my cervical ripening then back at 5 am to be induced. Slept like crap last night, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank goodness #:-S
Feeling dizzy today, feelin like i have to go poop all the time from the pressure (sorry if TMI for some) , up all night but what else is new lol oh and i really cant wipe anymore or dry my legs when i get out of the shower 1wk 5 days left for me Jelly of those who feel good at this point...
My bladder feels like it's going to explode the moment it fills up. My scale says I've lost ten pounds this pregnancy (but I started huge...I'm still huge) but I feel like I need a crane to get my ass out of bed. I nested last week and my four year old has gone behind me and unnested... I give up. This baby is going to have to live in a disaster zone just like the rest of us.
All this Prodromal labor crap is for the birds. My whole body is just stiff and aching and I'm over it.
I'm going to elaborate on how bored I am....... Omg. Tv is so boring after awhile and when u have to pee every 10 minutes from the pressure you have ADHD and can't follow a show anyways from getting up so much!!!!
This will be the longest week of my life waiting for Sunday!!!!
I'm with all you ladies....over it. Anyone have any suggestions of unique things to do to keep busy? Other than beg DH to have awkward pregnancy sexy with me lol A big town would really come in handy right now......
Feeling pretty good, sleeping decent but waking up with back pain now and again. I'm 39 weeks today. Went to the movies two days ago and was having contractions that were 45 seconds at 10 minutes apart the entire time but once we left and went home they subsided. BOO!
Inconsistent contractions yesterday and hoping to get a good walk in today to try and stir something up.
Just ready for this baby boy to join the world!
I have a DR apt tomorrow to get checked and hopefully my cervix is cooperating and moving along towards delivery.

Not sure what stores you have around since I know you live in a small town but my big keeping busy thing today is Kmart. Setting a $40 budget and just seeing what cool things I can get that will probably be totally useless but oh well. I'm on the lookout for things that give me craft ideas or things I can repurpose.
Due date has come and gone (June 11th.) I'm going crazy over here! I was 2 cm dilated and 50% thinned at my appointment last week. My midwife did a membrane sweep. I lost my mucous plug/had the bloody show 2 days later, on Friday. But, still nothing! Come on baby!!

Yup! And I don't even have a car today or tomorrow so I can't even boredom shop like @Serenamarr suggests. I can walk to the grocery if I need to (I just went grocery shopping, so I don't) and there is Walmart right on the other side of the grocery store, but the Walmart is up this pretty significant hill... No thanks.
My appointment isn't until Wednesday. I've been 4cm for two weeks now and had an unsuccessful membrane sweep last week. I'm so done. Everything hurts. Eating hurts. Peeing hurts. Sleeping hurts. And today I feel like no matter how deep I breathe I am out of breath! What's up with that?
So tired from not sleeping. General anger/annoyance at anyone not pregnant or anyone who happens to get in my way. BH, lightning crotch, heartburn and serious anxiety at pending arrival. I want to vomit.
@klkonwi@HayesRN13 or other nurses - besides panting, is there anything else to slow down labor?
Are yall all done working? Wish I could take time off before. I plan to be here until baby comes and people are getting so annoying. "Oh you're here, no baby?" No shit Sherlock. Have no motivation to anything - period cramps and random hip pain throughout the day.
Symptom is also done. I just cried thinking that there are eleven more days until my EDD. Not single tear, rapper style cry. Ugly, in the shower so the world doesn't see my pain cry.
I'm going to be pregnant forever. This is how I die.
40+4 and I think I'm losing my mind. I don't think I can tell my left from my right. What are you doing to me baby!? I just stood there with a weird feeling and I told myself "Do I have to pee? It kind of feels like cramps. OMG could this be a contraction? Nah. Doesn't hurt. Maybe I just have to poop. Ok guess not.'
And I'm convinced my Virginia will never feel the same.
39.5 today. I'm waving my white flag with this sleep routine I've been fighting. What's the point in trying to sleep and stay in bed all night anyways? Once baby arrives I'll be up every few hours, and I'll only be doing myself a favour with getting use to napping during the day before he arrives.
Also, I'm not in a rush to have the little guy but I was playing on this website earlier and thought I would share. Plug in your due date and it will give you some stats. According to the website I'm 99.5% complete with pregnancy, and there is a 7.8% chance baby will decide to arrive today! Lol
I was feeling pretty great about myself until the nurse at my allergy clinic asked if I was having BP issues bc my face looked swollen guess I need to check my blood pressure!
So tired and everything hurts. But I have less than 48 hours to go until my c section Wednesday morning. Did a little shopping today with my toddler, and tomorrow taking her bowling to pass the time. I have everything ready to go just want to pick up the house some.
Had my 38+5 week appointment today. Hooked to the monitor and her heartbeat was great. They caught 4-5 big contractions within the 25-30 time frame. Our doc is all over the damn place. Told us weeks ago he thought about inducing us because of having too much fluid & baby being too large. Then changed his mind because he said that could lead to a c section & didn't want to do that. Then said at our last appointment that if she hadn't come by EDD he'd schedule a c section anyway (Why wouldn't they induce before going directly to c section?).
Then today said there's too much fluid and wants us to get a professional ultrasound ($600 out of pocket each time we get one and he's had us get 4 so far. He said in reply to the results from the last one: "That ultrasound really wasn't helpful to me"). How come they wouldn't just induce if they're worried about fluid? Our EDD is next week, so it's not like we're a month out or anything.

Doing pretty good, i'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. Hoping little man stays in there till at least thursday as my MIL comes on wednesday to help out with DD. Not really too many symptoms except the regular uncomfortable to move around and BH.
@Mandisclark he sounds like he's all over the place. Advocate for yourself. If your a week away from EDD don't pay 600 and get an induction scheduled. That sounds like funny business....
@klkonwi, I think I'm going to call today to see if I can get that going.
Do you think they'll let me schedule an induction even if the doctor has said he doesn't want to go that route? Like you said, it's a week away and I'm not down for paying $600 out of pocket for it when he just said today she looked fine. The only thing he was worried about was having too much fluid.
^^ I probably would not shell out $600 for an u/s if he's talking about delivering soon either. Not really feeling that out of pocket cost [-(
Just went for a mile walk around my block and made it back just in time to watch some weather roll in. And the Virginia pressure is real, ladies, its real. The afternoon walk always does it
Re: Daily Symptoms Monday 6/15
Tired. Back hurts. Virginia hurts. And I'm bored. The combination makes me stabby. :ar!
1wk 5 days left for me
Jelly of those who feel good at this point...
Back pains, and blah blah blah!
ETA I just felt a very strange popping/drop type sensation right above my Virginia. What the hell was that?
Hungry. I'm hungry today. I can only eat teeny bits at a time though, cuz then I get mega full. It's ok, I just eat more again in 2 hrs. Its fun.
Also, nervous! I'll have another baby in a week! GAH! It's going to happen.
~~~ EDD for Baby #2 6/28/15~~~~
Lay on ass and stare at iPad!
Walmart 30 min away ! We do have a hobby lobby 30 min away and it's dangerous! Lol
I might make some iron on onesies or something......
Currently watching Ghostbusters 2 on AMC
Everything hurts. Hissy at ladies who feel good. So jealous.
Headache will not go away. Hangry but heartburn-y.
Thought water broke last night but I really think it was pee. No more trickling and few contractions about 20 mins apart.
Peeing all the time.
Got 3 hrs sleep last night.
Stressed out over of a potential counter-offer on our house that hasn't been accepted yet.
@klkonwi @HayesRN13 or other nurses - besides panting, is there anything else to slow down labor?
WARNING: this is a bit whiny... sorry.
Thank you @mellymar! I feel a little better knowing I'm not just being a crazy angry pregnant lady haha :-)
