6 week appt/ IUD advice

I am only 1 week post partum but I am planning ahead to my post partum appointment in July. I just had baby #3 and we know we are done having children. We also know I get pregnant easily. However, I at the last minute declined the tubal ligation I had planned. I just felt like there was so much going on with the csection physically and emotionally it was just too much.

That being said, I am going to do an IUD at my 6 week. My OB is recommending a progesterone based IUD. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations on a IUD, preferably a progesterone based one?
