Red Patch

So I started noticing that I have a red patch of skin in between my boobs and I was thinking maybe it was because my boobs were just getting bigger but I don't think that's the case :( has this happened to anyone else?

    I was out at a race yesterday in 104 heat. I noticed today I have red spots under my boobs. I think it's heat rash. I had puddles in my bra from sweat, super cute I know... I know as pregnant woman we run hot and are more susceptible to sunburns and heat rashes.
