arm cramps

Not sure if this is a pregnancy related problems or not but 2 days ago I got quite bad sunburn on my arms, 24 hrs later I had excruciating pain in my arm muscles, like they were cramping up really bad, my question is is this just from the sunburn and if so could it cause my baby harm or is this a pregnancy complaint that anyone else has experienced? It has def eased up a bit today but still feeling a bit sore.

It may be from your sunburn. I recommend trying some aloe. I actually just use pieces off my aloe plant.

Take magnesium. It'll help muscle cramps, and is recommended for pregnancy anyway. I take it daily.

Sounds like you were exposed to a lot of heat. Maybe you are also dehydrated on top of having a terrible sunburn. I would add some extra fluids, maybe even popsicles too. Freeze some grapes and snack on those, I'm terrible with fluid intake so I always eat tons of watermelon and grapes to help pick up the slack
I've heard lack of fluids can cause cramps in the body or even contractions.
