I am 34w3d and my baby is WAY out in front + high up so I definitely thought I would have all sorts of red stretch marks on my belly by now, but luckily for me I haven't yet seen one anywhere on my huge belly. I know I am prone to them though because I have old faded stretch marks on my hips/thighs and boobs from puberty. I am still waiting on them to show up, but I am a firm believer in drinking tons and tons of water... staying hydrated helps SO much in so many ways. I also eat ground flax seed 4-5 times per week and take my pre-natal vitamin daily. I do rub Palmer's cocoa butter lotion all over my belly twice a week as well. Not sure if the lotion makes much of a difference but I feel better after using it.
I have a few that appeared on the underside of my belly in week 35. But you have to look pretty hard to see them and one side has more than the other.
I'm pretty impressed with them TBH, I feel like I've achieved them from doing something amazing. And let's be honest, at nearly 37, my bikini wearing days are over.
