Second blighted ovum?

I have really long cycles, about 35/36 days. I went to the ER for bleeding on 5/31 and the scan showed an empty sac measuring 5w, I was supposed to be (so I thought) 6w4d. I had an appt with my dr two days later. The sac was still empty and my dr got measurements from 5w2d-5w6d. I'm scared this could be my second blighted ovum. I'm sure of my dates, but I have never had a cycle so long. Lmp was 4/14/15, ovulated on cd19 on 5/2 and got a positive HPT at 8dpo on 5/10. So my question is has anyone with a long cycle had this happen before? Just been really off? I feel like I did with my first bo. Don't have symptoms like I did with my daughter. So worried and I won't know what's going on until this Friday. I would love to hear if someone had a similar situation and what happened.
