I have been really wanting to give another child a life she/he deserves I have 2 other children 6 and 4 and previously had a loss at 21 weeksin Feb I was told I could never have kids again due to medical problems I want to adopt just don't know how could anyone offer in site? All point of views welcome

Start by googling local and national adoption agencies. They'll send you packets of information for free. Or Google international adoption because they're both very different and can cost different amounts.

Or talk to private adoption lawyers. Sometimes private is cheaper too

We worked with AIS consultants and ultimately adopted through Adoption choices of Texas. Cannot say enough good things about the Texas agency and Caitlin moe is the best social worker we have ever worked with!!! I would call both for info. Also look up the adoption laws in your state. We are not in an adoption friendly state so we decided to go out of state.

Here's an interview with a dad who just signed adoption paperwork last week through the foster-to-adopt program (episode 9). He goes into quiet a bit of detail about what the process is like. Good luck! There are lots of kids out there who need parents!

What do you think about national adoption and international adoption? Which one will you choose?

Fostering can be a great way to continue your family. IMO keep the placement you get than your kids. This can be done through state, county or private foster agencies.

We chose Faithful Adoption Consultants. They have been great. Not the same as an agency.
