Today has emotionally been a ok day as I read though all you ladys post it seems to mean that its going to get easier of course I'll never forget my daughter and what she meant to me but I do realize beating myself up day in and day out will not bring her back I hope to all the lady's here one day ull be ok and find that peace in your hearts... Try not to be hard on yourself. You never wanted anything to happen to your daughter and you would have done anything and everything to save her if you could. But you couldn't because it was out of your control. Be kind to yourself. You love and miss your daughter. You are a great mother.

Thank u so much I gave birth to my baby girl at 21 weeks at home alone I feel I could have done something to help her

Chychy182  That sounds like such a hard and emotional experience... I can only imagine giving birth at home by myself.  You are strong, and do not forget that.  Many women cannot do what you did and still be left standing.  Sending strength and love.

Thank u very much lady's with other the smiles of my other two children I wouldn't have been able to make it

But being truthful to myself I still hurt and its going on 4 months since my loss, I still have her room set up I can't bring myself to look at the stuff some days I'm ok and others I still feel as my word is shattering into a million pieces

Your feelings are all normal. Over time you'll have more ok days than not. But you'll still have those moments and days when you feel shattered. That is all normal. Be patient and kind to yourself. Cry when you need to. You had planned and hoped for a lifetime with your daughter. So many hugs to you!
