How do I dry up?????!!!

How did you other mommas dry your breastmilk up? I just can't breastfeed anymore my baby boy is 5 weeks old and I just CANT. Im so miserable and exhausted, he hates latching on my right side, I have a strong let down everytime he eats everything gets wet including his clothes and the bed sheets and my clothes! When my let down happens it hurts so bad it feels like Im getting electrocuted. I just got through mastitis and plugged milk ducts. My nipples are sore and cracked. Everytime he wakes up instead of enjoying my time with him I get scared. I dread the times when he wakes cause I know he is going to want to eat. I just cant do this anymore I'm driving myself insane!

Slowly stop breast feeding/pumping. Stretch out the intervals between each session until they're next to nothing. If you normally pump 10 min, do 5. Also use cold cabbage leaves in your bra.

Tight sports bra, rolled out cabbage leaves and aspirin. It takes 2-3 days of uncomfortableness but it worked for me.
