Tip for helping you sleep

I Started having trouble sleeping. Trying pillows and different positions. Recently tried a yoga pose that is great for getting you a sound sleep and good for your immune system. Every night for 20 minutes before bed I put my legs up the wall. Get your butt as close to wall as you can then put legs up and rest them on the wall. Seriously amazing! I sleep so soundly and it helps with swelling too:) I do this on my bed but you can in the floor too, whatever is more comfortable. Hope it helps!
