I am not a lurker, but I also haven't posted on a "team" thread just yet, so I think I fall into the "I cancel out a lurker" group
DH and I will find out on Monday how baby is doing and if we are having another girl or our first boy! Either way, I am just looking forward to seeing him/her on the screen
To those lurkers who are joining us and plan to become more frequent contributors, I look forward to hearing more insights!
Hello my name is Annie. I am a lurker. I've been a lurker since Feb when I found out we are preggo with baby 3- team blue this time!! I have 2 girls already and a husband whom I sometimes feel is more work than my 2 girls but that's another story... Mostly by the time I read a post and all the comment threads all my great advice and opinions have already been voiced. I do enjoy reading the boards, and I solemnly swear to try not to be such a peeping lurker anymore.
I'm a semi-lurker, I've made some replies to a few posts but mostly I've been reading and getting lots of great advice from you ladies. I'm a FTM 23yrs old my SO and I are expecting a little girl due 10/14. I'm nervous, yet excited as she does her somersaults right now☺️.
I haven't posted/participated on the team threads because I'm having twins, a girl and a boy, so I don't feel I belong to any of them. Or maybe I should join both team pink and team blue? Seems like overkill. Everyone keeps telling me how lucky I am to have one of each, but I would've been happy either way so long as they're healthy (and they are!), so I don't want it to come across as me bragging.
Hello. I've been lurking for a couple months now. I'm expecting daughter #2 on Oct 24. My first daughter will be 3-years-old in August. She was born via c-section, and I'm hoping to have a VBAC this time around. My DH and I have been married over 5 years, and together for 10.
I've never posted before, but I will try to be more vocal. I have always had issues asserting myself and trusting my own voice. Even on Facebook, and other social media I tend to be more of a voyeur than a participant.
I have truly enjoyed reading the advice, experience, and viewpoints of all you expectant mommas!
Hi! I've been lurking most of my pregnancy. I was a little weary to introduce myself in the beginning because of my history and not wanting to "jinx" anything. But we have officially come further along than we have with any of our other losses, and all tests are saying we have a healthy baby girl on the way!
Not sure what my signature looks like these days, but DH and I have been together 7 years, have a 4 year old DD and after 4 losses are now expecting a healthy baby girl.
Looking forward to finishing out this journey with all you lovely ladies, and will try my best to post more!
Hi! My EDD was 11/1 but is now 10/31 - huge difference but that means I get to join you ladies. I was going to do an intro after reading for a little but this is easier. This is baby 3 for us. We have two boys, who just recently turned 4 and 2. I'm a teacher by trade but now just work part time. We find out the sex of this LO next Wednesday. Very excited. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Hi all! I would consider myself more of a lurker, though I have commented here or there. I've just never formally introduced myself. I'm a FTM, 25, and our LO is due 10/31 so I've hopped back and forth between O15 and N15. We are team green. My husband and I have known each other since 2nd grade, if soul mate had any clearer of a definition he is above and beyond the epitome of such. We will be celebrating our third anniversary the day after Christmas. I definitely love the feel and support of this group in ten folds. I am also IMO very introverted so...This being my first I feel it's easier to observe and absorb information. Or opinions that I have are already stated, I also try to contribute positively and avoid the drama threads. Although they are guilty pleasures to read. I do want to say though, I appreciate all of the wonderful and strong women on here. It's such an awesome thing to experience women being able to differ in opinions while also still being so supportive and level headed.
I am a newbie to October 2015. I was somewhat active on the November 2015 group but there were some evil, jump on you and rip you apart individuals on that group. It was much easier to be a lurker. It really was horrible and I almost left The Bump all together before having my due date moved up to October 26th and so I decided to give this group a shot. You guys are way nicer!! I am pregnant with our 5th LO. Team pink. We were not planning on having any more kids and our other children were all thanks to wonderful fertility treatments. My kids range in age between 15 and 8, so I have been out of the baby game for a while....lol. This pregnancy is kind of like being a FTM since so much has changed in 8+ years. I am considered very high risk and have been denied as a patient by multiple doctors (and specialists). I am a special education teacher and happy to be on summer vacation. I crave radishes. Lots and lots of radishes. I can't wait to meet this LO and pray that she is strong and healthy! I will try to post and share more. I really do enjoy this group and the fun and informative topics in the thread.
