Pampers sizing

So I use Pampers Swaddlers and just switched from newborn to size one as she weighs 10lbs 3oz now and the newborns were starting to make places on her legs, but the ones are way too big, when she poops it comes out of the sides when I pick her up and if she makes more than one pee in there it leaks. Any advice is appreciated. She is 4.5weeks.

Hum, might have to back to newborns. I love pampers because I've never seen them leak. I think you're bound to get a little marking and it should be fine as long as it's not hurting. We're in 1s and he'll get marks and he's definitely not ready for 2s.

I worry about the marks hurting her but they have to be better than having to bathe her every time she poops cause it goes everywhere right

Maybe fold down the front to make them fit better? We still do this with newborn diapers for our little one since newborn diapers are a but big for her... If we don't, there is too much room in the leg

I would go back to newborn and maybe tie it a bit looser , i'm on my last batch of newborn and i have a size 1 ready to be used but i'm not sure if she's there yet, they don't make any marks on her and sometimes she leakes, i think i'll stay with newborn too

I had the same thing happen. I switched back to newborns and haven't had any problems.
