Ladies, I've been struggling with every presentation of PPD/A, PTSD, and drug intolerance you can imagine since bringing my preemie home four weeks ago.  We've broken the bank finding therapy, and it wasn't really working anyway, so I went in search of alternatives (preferably of the free kind!). I was greatly rewarded!

https://www.postpartum.net/get-help/locations/ - I found several FREE support groups, and they've honestly been better than the paid therapists I've seen. They're baby-friendly and filled with caring people. Just find your location - call the coordinator if you need help. I did!
