swollen feet at week 15

I took a short flight to see my family last weekend, after a 1:20 flight and a 1:30 car ride my feet and ankles were soooo swollen. Now they are swollen every day. I'm now 16 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy with twins none the less, and am on track with weight gain. I want to travel a lot this summer, with the blessing of my Dr. But curious if anyone else has started experiencing swollen feet already.
