How long will it likely take me to start my period after taking progesterone?

    It's different for everyone due to dosage, weight etc. Usually they will up your dosage if no AF after 3-5 days.


    Married for 7 years, TTC for 4 years
    dx:  Diminished Ovarian Reserve
    2 Clomid IUI's + 4 injectable IUI's= 5 BFNs and 1 mc

    I got mine 2-3 days after finishing a 10-day dose. Good luck!

    Twice, I got it fast.  The first cycle, I skipped it at night and got my period the next day.  The second cycle, it was one day after that.  But I was cramping the last couple days I was on it.
    Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve
    Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low
    TTC with frozen donor sperm and science

    7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
    2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
    Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
    Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!  
    fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP! 
    Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

    Hi there, I've found it can vary. I've taken it three times and the first two times I got my period about a day after the last pill. But the most recent time, my period didn't show for 6 days after finishing the pills.

    im starting my 10 day dosage of provera tomorrow. I was told it could take up to 10 days to start my period.

    I've taken it the last two cycles. The first one I stopped 14dpo and it came a few days later. Last month my period started while still using it (annovulatory cycle though). I guess it can vary by person and by month!
    Me: 31  DH: 36
    Together 9 years, married since June '14
    2 stepkids and 6 Furbabies

    TTC since January '15  
    CP January '15
    CP March '15 
    dx low progesterone April '15
    annovulatory May and June '15
    Started Clomid July '15 

    Praying for my one and done!
