i tested a few days after AF was supposed to show up.  We had just started trying so I wasn't expecting it so quickly.  I used a regular test and then a digital test to make sure.

With Mia:

1. When did you start testing?  Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF?  I had a beta at 10dpo.  I did not test on my own as I was "definetly not going to get pregnant".
2. Did you get BFNs before your BFP?  none
3. When did you get your BFP?  What kind of test?  A nurse called me a couple days later.  So, I guess it was 10dpo, but it was a blood test.

1. When did you start testing?  Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF? I didn't start testing until I had missed AF for 2 days.  I was a bit shocked...  no obsessive testing for me.  I'd seen enough negative tests.
2. Did you get BFNs before your BFP?  Nope, bfp right away.
3. When did you get your BFP?  What kind of test?  It was when AF was 2 days late.  I think I used a First Response.  Mainly because it was on sale at cvs!

1. When did you start testing?  Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF? I started having symptoms early and started testing way too early and must have ovulated later than I thought.
2. Did you get BFNs before your BFP? Yep, several (dollar store and a CVS).  It was our first month trying, but I had symptoms I had never really had.
3. When did you get your BFP?  What kind of test?  I gave up on testing for a few days and decided I must not be PG.  Then I tested once I was a couple of days late and got my BFP on a dollar store test and a Clear Blue Easy digital.

When did you start testing?  Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF? 11 dpo - I charted so I knew something was up when my temp spiked that morning (when it normally should start going down around 10 dpo).  obsessive - no, charting took away the guessing game and obsessiveness of testing

1. When did you start testing?  9dpo (5 days pre-AF) Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF? (n/a because I got pregnant on the first try, but I did test early because I was suspicious)
2. Did you get BFNs before your BFP? I thought so, but not really (see below)
3. When did you get your BFP?  9dpo (5 days pre-AF). What kind of test? I first used a dollar tree test but didn't wait long enough and thought it was negative so I tossed in the trash. Later that afternoon I used a FRER and got a positive, and when checked out the dollar tree one it was also positive.

1. I was not an obsessive tester at all. Throughout our 15 cycles of TTC, I only POAS once (the time I got my BFP). It was at 13 DPO.

2. no BFNs

3. 13 DPO, I used some internet freebie (Answer, I think) that came with some Preseed that I ordered online.

1. When did you start testing?  Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF?#1  I was a week late.  I would have tested sooner but DH wanted me to wait so I did.  #2  I tested on day 30 of my cycle just for grins and sure enough BFP

1. When did you start testing?  i o'd on day 71 of my cycle, so i had tested ocassionally from day 35 or so up until i got the bfp, which was around day 90. Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF? i hadn't had an af in 3 months
2. Did you get BFNs before your BFP?  2 or 3, but i tested without knowing if i had o'd for sure
3. When did you get your BFP?  What kind of test? approximately day 90, i had a hunch because my bb's were soooo sore. ept and first response.

1. When did you start testing?  I realized I hadn't had AF in awhile (I was prob. around 7 wks along when I realized that!) Were you an obsessive tester or did you wait for missed AF?  Nope, wasn't expecting it - so hadn't tested before.
2. Did you get BFNs before your BFP?  No. 
3. When did you get your BFP?  First try - I was around 7 wks, I think. What kind of test?  ?? Whatever I picked up off the shelf in the grocery store - maybe first response or something?  It gave me 2 pink lines - so whichever that one is.  I only did one test - figured false pos. are pretty rare.  Did a second test the day before my 1st doc appt., so I didn't look like an idiot just in case.  lol.

3. When did you get your BFP?  What kind of test? See above. I used a digital one. I forgot the name of it.
