hello

my name is Jessie
I'm new here as you can see. Recently I was informed I had a miscarriage... And this was my first pregnancy. Not the news I was wanting to hear. The last time I had the baby measured it looked only 6 weeks which surprised the doctors because judging by my last period, I was suppose to be a little further along so the doc told me that she cannot verify I was having a "normal pregnancy". They gave me an appointment for two weeks later to check the development. About a week after that appointment I went to the ER because of mild cramps and a little blood that was turning from brown to red. They gave me an ultra sound and the ER doctor told me the embryo is still there but hasn't developed at all since my last visit and he could see clots. They put me on bed rest for a week until my obgyn appointment. From there I bled a lot at home passing clots. At that point I knew what was happening. Yesterday at the appointment they checked and verified that I have lost the embryo but there's still some blood there. I have an appointment in 5 weeks so they can check with another US to see if everything else has passed. It was and still is the worst experience in my life... And I want to get pregnant again ASAP.. I know usually doctors say wait for at least a full cycle until you should start trying again but I looked it up and I didn't find anything that proves getting pregnant right after a mc increases the chance of another one. I just want an opinion from someone with experience. Should I start right away or wait?
Sorry if this is really long, I just wanted to fit everything so someone can understand my situation.. And thank you. No expecting mother should have to go through this ever.
