Do I need to create a new profile?

I was hoping to not have to pose this question and tie up the forum, but I am getting no responses from anyone at the Bump or the Knot.
Last week, I noticed my name changed to this lovely and original screen name. Is there anything I can honestly do about it? I've tried changing it numerous times to no avail.

    Do we know why it randomly happens? Seems like it's a little extra annoyance when we're already try to make tiny humans.
