When to change nipples on bottles?

My LO is a little over 3 months now and I'm trying to decide when I need to move her up in the level of nipple she uses on her bottles? Right now she's just using a level 1 slow flow. Any advice would greatly help.

    I just moved up to size 2 because it said size 1 was for 0-3mos.

    I moved up the the medium flow nipples a few weeks ago.  As soon as they turned 2 months we started trying the medium flow nipples every few days.  They went from taking an hour to eat to finishing a bottle in less than 30 minutes!

    Yeah, when Grayson was taking over an hour to take a bottle we moved him up. He still eats alley, but it's better.
