Coughing baby- 1 mo old

My 1 month old is randomly coughing throughout the day/night, but is starting to cough more frequently. No fever/started using a cool must humidifier ... she sounds a little stuffed up but when I get her snot out it's milky color and stringy... I don't think she's sick.. She's eating like crazy, lots of wet diapers but she does cry ALOT!!! Anyone else having this problem too? I'm not sure if I should take her to the Dr it not ...
