pink discharge and contractions every 4 mins

in 3rd Trimester
this is my first pregnancy, im 39 weeks pregnant and having pink discharge also contractions every 4 mins .... I don't know if I'm going into real labor.... So please tell me if I am so I can go to the hospital.

    Serious?! We can't tell you if your in labor. call your dr or take your ass to the hospital if you think you are
