What's the difference between a water birth and a natural birth

hello ladies I am 25 weeks and I'm not sure if I want a water birth or a natural birth so I was wondering does anyone know what the difference is between a water birth and a natural birth obviously apart from the water lol and what are the benefits of having a water birth

I had both, FTM here with an 8 week old. Natural simply means without epidural or drugs. Water birth is one method/ gravity producing positions in which you use the tub during labor and/or delivery. I knew I wanted To try for both, I was open to anything and when they offered the start filling the tub I said YES and never got out!! It helped so much with contraction pain, took so much pressure off my body and also much more efficient for pushing than to be on your back on a bed with baby fighting gravity. I surprised myself by following through with my natural/no epidural plan, and it was all much more manageable than I anticipated. Best of luck!
