39 weeks and alot of mucus and ALOT of leakage.....

I went to the doctors thursday I'm 39 weeks and still dilated at 1. But my cervix is at 80% which my doctor said thats really good! But these last couple days I've been losing ALOT of mucus more than I was and I think some might be bloody show or whatever it's called. Is this normal? I've also had to change my underwear twice within a couple hours I'm having ALOT of leakage now to the point I had to put a pad on and everytime I stand up or walk it feels like I'm peeing my pants idk if my water has broke or what. Its been goin on for over an hour... but not really feeling contractions yet...
