Prayers/positive thoughts please!

I'm sure many PGALs can relate to this- tomorrow I'll be 6w2d, which is how far along I got before miscarrying back in February. I'm feeling a lot of anxiety over this, which is compounded because we are staying with 6 relatives right now on vacation, in a house with 1 (!) bathroom. I've been trying to stay calm and positive, and I know they whatever will be, will be. Regardless, any positive vibes/prayers would be much appreciated!
