Hello everyone, I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Risa I have been married for one year last week. my husband and I have just started trying for a baby. I had a miscarriage 3 years ago come September. my husband and I can't wait to start a family together. my husband and I have been friends since junior high. We're both 23 years old, he's in the Navy. planning on being a lifer. We also have two furry babies. cat and a dog who we love very much and spoil rotten. what I'm looking for through this community is some advice on ways not to freak out and not a symptom check. we both can't wait to have a family and we can't wait to see the advice and give advice to all the members here. Welcome.  Just so you know we don't use the term baby dust as it is offensive to mothers who have had to cremate their LOs.

Also any thoughts on food that helps with fertility?
