I need help expanding our list!

Hi, everyone!

I'm pretty early in my pregnancy, but I think about baby names a lot and would love to expand our list a bit...

For girls, we love Felicity and Alexandra. We don't have many other ideas for girls.... I like classic names that aren't used too much. I have never met a Felicity in real life but it's not an "out there" name. I also need middle name ideas... Our last name begins with "Ja" so "J" names are out, unfortunately. I like Jane as a middle name but it just doesn't work with our last name. I used to think I would chose "Mae" but I feel like that is being used too much.

For boys we are even more stuck. I LOVE Desmond (and love "Des" as a nickname) but my husband is on the fence. He likes it but thinks there could be better names out there. We also love Ben-- we would do Benjamin. I used to like Nolan and Elliott have also axed those names. I think Ezra is a great name but don't think I would have the guts to use it. I think the middle name may be Matthew because that's my husbands middle name, but it's just an idea, not set in stone.

We agreed to not use any family names because we wouldn't want anyone to feel bad if we used someone's name over another. So that makes it easy to just pick something we love.

I would love some suggestions that go with the kind of style I have listed. I appreciate any suggestions!

Felicity is nice. I suggest June, Pearl, or Louise as the middle name.

As for boys, I love Ezra out of your selections. Desmond is nice too. Matthew is classic and is a perfect middle name. Other middle name suggestions: Francis, Joel, Charles, and George.
