Any ladies prescribed Flagyl during their pregnancy?

Good Evening Ladies,

Just was wondering if any of you had to take the vaginal suppository Flagyl during your pregnancy? I am currently 20w5d and I went in for a visit today since over the weekend I started having watery discharge.The Dr did a exam and ruled it as BV and said he would give me a script for a Flagyl suppository. He said that it will be ok to take and wont harm the baby. If you had to take it, was just wondering how did it turn out and if you had any side effects from it?
