Ok ladies this is my 3 pregnancy and for past couple days the outside of my vagina hurts/sore and its a bit swollen does anyone know why it happening and what I can do for the it?

You could be having hemorrhoids. Preparation h makes vaginal wipes with witch hazel could very well help.

Starting my 3rd pregnancy I had major vein issues on my legs and vagina. I am super swollen all the time and it hurts pretty bad. I would talk to your doctor about it and if thats what it is they will most likely have you try compression hose, which suck . I have it this time around also and its way worse. Hopefully you gund some relief!
