I'm not really a huge poster. Typically I post kid pictures and things of that nature. I might share an amber alert or a recipe or something. I comment on others post but even that I'm not really a constant commenter.
My step mom has an aunt who is going thru a tough time with a bad reaction to an anti depressant. It's pretty bad and it seems to be permanent. She knows that I'm pregnant. Everyone knows. And I swear any chance she gets she commenting or lecturing me about safe things to do. She saw a comment I made about natural ways to induce labor. I was 100% kidding and she blasts me in FB about forcing the baby out. That ticked me off. Im almost 39 wks! Im not forcing anything!!
So tonight there was a post about benefits of pineapple juice. And I commented that I had just read an article about pineapple juice and inflammation. She immediately comments and says I hope you're being patient with that baby!! So I said yep just not so patiently awaiting. Living on fumes and Tylenol. Again I was kidding. And again she puts me on blast on FB about Tylenol!!
I mean seriously I'm not sitting at home overdosing on Tylenol for Pete's sake. Geesh. She put several links on there and then tried to post to my wall!!
I just unfollowed her.
Re: I really dislike Facebook sometimes....
I've actually had to have a talk with my dad with his social media behavior. We disagree on many life viewpoints, and he was constantly sharing his propaganda which I constantly ignored but should I share some of lifestyle propaganda, he jumped all over me about it constantly. Then came after me on the phone if I told him to stuff it. Well, I wouldn't have told you to stuff it and shut up if you had just rolled your eyes and kept scrolling, like I do! Don't come and attack something I'm saying and I feel strongly about and expect me to just take it meekly cause you are my father.
I honestly kinda wish I could unfriend my dad cause of this reason buy he lives in another country and so never sees us otherwise.
Good for you for just letting that negativity go. Its quite freeing.
I never did call the chiropractor. I really didn't have time in my schedule and no insurance coverage for it either. It would have all been oop. I've been doing some stretches that have been suggested. Been doing Tylenol. Massage. I heard essential oil valor can help too but it didn't do much for me at all. I do have a body pillow as well as about 5 King sized pillows. They help but not tremendously. Then I finally get comfortable and my reflux kicks in. Lol. I'm a mess right now.
