Lots of cramping and backpain 36 wks

im 36 wks and 2cm dilated. My doctor says I could go full term despite that. But every since my cervix exam yesterday I've had lots I back pain and cramping but it's not regular and stops if I relax and lie down. The second I move around again they come back. Anyone else had this?

I have experienced this however this was at 33 w. The only thing out of the norm with me is that my cervix is thinning prematurely and I have lost some of my mucus plug. I did not go to l & d because as you stated, it stopped whenever I would get still. But considering your state I might would go. Sometimes the exams they do can cause things to progress. That is why they only do it when they have to at this stage in the game. I am not a doctor or medical professional but it's just what I would do. Good luck and I'm sure everything will be fine
